Position: Residential Childcare Support Worker

Compensation: £12.02 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts as needed

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our team on a flexible basis. This position offers the opportunity to work without fixed commitments, allowing you to choose hours that fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized support plans and maintain effective communication with the team
  • Observe and record changes in behavior and support requirements
  • Foster positive relationships with young individuals, colleagues, and external professionals
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of the young people in our care
  • Manage health and safety responsibilities while adhering to established policies
  • Engage with external organizations as needed
  • Provide assistance to young people in diverse situations

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with at-risk youth
  • Availability for weekend shifts
  • Qualification in Health & Social Care or a willingness to pursue one
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong computer skills
