*Key Responsibilities: As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will leverage your extensive experience from various sectors such as retail, hospitality, and finance. Your leadership will focus on empowering your team and driving operational excellence.

In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your restaurant as if it were your own, with a focus on enhancing performance across four key areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

By fostering a culture of excellence, you will build a highly effective team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.


As an RGM, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the overall performance of the restaurant.
  • Coaching, training, and motivating your team to reach their full potential.
  • Achieving key performance indicators to maintain our high standards.
  • Completing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining a high standard on the shop floor, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing the recruitment process to attract top talent aligned with our core values: smart, heart, courage.
