Role Overview

As a Client Experience Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Client Experience Team to deliver exceptional hospitality and support across all aspects of the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless administrative support, including handling mail, ordering supplies, and arranging travel and dining reservations for clients.
  • Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for every move-in and move-out.
  • Contribute to the design and development of bespoke office spaces, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail in creating inspiring work environments.
  • Organize and host memorable client events, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Track client expenditures and provide support to the finance department.
  • Maintain exceptional building standards by conducting regular inspections and ensuring a pristine environment for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance hospitality offerings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
