One Avenue Group is seeking a personable and dedicated Client Experience Specialist to join our growing operations department. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the hospitality and client satisfaction at One Avenue Group. You will support and assist the other Client Experience Team members and report to the Business Manager, maintaining high client satisfaction across our collection.

One Avenue Group distinguishes itself from other office providers by recognizing the desire for world-class hospitality. Our founder, with a background in both serviced offices and the hotel industry, combined the best of each to create One Avenue Group.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests
  • Assisting with Administrative Requests
  • Client Move-Ins and Move-Outs
  • Designing Office Spaces
  • Organizing Client Events
  • Tracking clients' monthly spend
  • Upholding Building Standards
  • Identifying Opportunities

Requirements

  • Someone who shares our values: Positive Attitude, Problem Solving, and going Above & Beyond
  • Experienced in a customer service role (1+ years)
  • Well-presented and client-facing, able to represent the brand at all times
  • Strong in communication and organization
  • Detail-oriented
  • Adaptable to changing needs and ad hoc tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and email handling
  • Dedicated to providing high standards of service
  • Capable of working autonomously or within a team
