About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Systemic Family Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team as a Principal Systemic Family Psychotherapist - CAMHS Inpatient. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of systemic thinking and practice in our 12-bed General Adolescent Unit (GAU).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on ensuring the provision of highly specialist systemic interventions, formulation, and practice.
  • Provide line management and clinical supervision to specific members of the Lavender Walk therapy team.
  • Deputise for the Therapies Lead in their absence.
  • Develop and maintain strong links with Systemic Family Psychotherapist colleagues within the CNWL service line.
  • Provide clinical supervision for Systemic Family Psychotherapists in CNWL's Tier 4 CAMHS pathway.

Requirements
  • Post-graduate qualification in a relevant mental health/social welfare profession.
  • Masters level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent qualification, accredited by UKCP.
  • Additional training in a specialised area of systemic practice through formal post-qualification training (PG Diploma or equivalent).
  • Registered with the UKCP as Systemic Psychotherapist and evidence of continuing professional development as required by the UKCP.
