Catering Operations Manager

Deliver Exceptional Patient Experiences
Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Catering Supervisor to join our team at Nuffield Hospital in Haywards Heath. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with planners to ensure all catering needs are met
- Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues raised
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, COSHH, and HACCP
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisor position
- Highly professional manner and understanding of the importance of honesty and ethics
- Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with colleagues and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Computer literacy and administration skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
