About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Footasylum. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current trends.
