Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Freight Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of European Road Freight Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the full life cycle of all European Road Freight Operations
  • Oversee the EU road Freight department
  • Lead a team of dedicated operators
  • Arrange shipments from Origin through to final delivery
  • Create bookings
  • Liaise with merchant haulage, provide freight rates and quotations
  • Complete Customs clearances via CDS
  • Provide outstanding levels of customer service

Requirements:

  • Strong background in EU Road Freight import & export operations with end-to-end experience
  • Passionate about work, shares our values, dynamic and can adjust well in a fast-paced office environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of up to £30,000
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 25 days holiday + BH
