Facilities Operations Manager

About the Role:
Twenty 4 Seven Education is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our team at a prestigious secondary school in Ealing, Greater London. As a key member of the school's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school's facilities, including planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting condition surveys to identify maintenance needs
• Preparing work specifications and managing tendering processes
• Managing contractors and overseeing projects from start to finish
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a buildings manager or in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of M&E systems and health & safety regulations
Benefits:
• Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000
• 35 days holiday plus bank holidays
