Role Overview:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Solomons Europe, you will serve as a pivotal advisor on client projects. You will undergo training on NEC4 contracts to take the lead in subcontract procurement, administration, and cost forecasting. Your duties will encompass managing contract and commercial issues, offering strategic guidance, and resolving challenges on projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Commercial Management, or Engineering
  • Professional qualification or progress towards one (e.g., RICS, CIPS, ICE)
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
