About the Role

As a PQS Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your duties will include:

  • Pre-construction work, including tendering and contract negotiation
  • Job running, including cost management and financial reporting
  • Handover, including final account settlement and close-out

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
