About the Role

Games Workshop Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term shareholder value and creating a supportive work environment.

We are looking for a senior finance leader with a successful background in driving exceptional performance, navigating complex situations with integrity and compassion, and implementing policies and processes to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust internal control framework to support business growth and mitigate risks
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication and people skills, providing key strategic information to the leadership team
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to guide financial planning and resource allocation
  • Oversee the external audit process and work collaboratively with the internal audit team
  • Compile comprehensive board packs with detailed financial analysis and reports

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in statutory reporting and IFRS knowledge
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive positive change
  • Pragmatic approach and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
