As the initial contact for potential home buyers, you will utilize your skills to surpass sales objectives while nurturing strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include showcasing our properties, upholding the excellent reputation of our organization, and ensuring that available homes meet our high standards.

This role is primarily based at our site, with additional responsibilities in various locations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional customer service abilities that ensure a seamless client experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective customer service skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
