About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Care Coordinator to join our team at All Care (GB) Ltd. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated in a timely and consistent manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff rotas and allocate visits in a timely and consistent manner
- Coordinate staff annual leave and accommodate required training in rotas
- Maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants and other professionals
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with on-call duties one weekday a week and one weekend every six weeks.
Salary and Benefits:
£24,000 per year, plus company pension, free parking, and a health and wellbeing programme.
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, or rota planning in the care sector
- Experience using a rostering system
- Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
- Experience in care calls and holding the 'out of hours' on-call phone
Skills and Experience:
- Good literacy skills
- Good presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Administrative experience
- Full driving licence
- Dedication and commitment
- Effective team player
- Good communication skills and time management
