Purchase Ledger Assistant Opportunity

Sewell Wallis Ltd is working with a well-established company based in Horsforth to find an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team.

This role involves managing the purchase ledger process, including the inputting of large volumes of supplier invoices, and managing the finance inbox and dealing with phone queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting of supplier invoices into the purchase ledger system
  • Managing the finance inbox and responding to phone queries
  • Working with a dynamic and friendly finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the purchase ledger process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Currently or most recently working in a busy finance department
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
