Purchase Ledger Assistant Job Description

Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role will involve processing a high volume of invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and being the main point of contact for queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Handle queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Match invoices to purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in purchase ledger processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to process high volumes of invoices
  • Team player with a positive attitude
