Job Title: Cyber Security Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Assistant Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work to clients in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IAM and will be responsible for leading IAM project work-streams from inception through to final delivery. You will provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls and support in developing strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IAM project work-streams from inception through to final delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
  • Support in developing strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of IAM requirements gathering; and strategy and design development.
  • Proven experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects.
  • Proven experience of implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to interpret enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
  • Good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships.
  • Must be eligible for SC clearance.
