About the Role

The University of Leeds is seeking a highly skilled Research, Impact and Management Support Officer to join its School of Fine Art, History of Art and Cultural Studies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide efficient and effective support to researchers and colleagues within the School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to researchers and colleagues, including the management of research grants and the administration of the School research budget.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement the School's research and impact strategies.
  • Assist in the gathering and preparation of data and evidence for the School's submission to the Research Excellence Framework (REF).
  • Support academic staff in developing their profiles and assist in the preparation of publications and practice-based portfolios.
  • Work closely with the Director for Impact to generate, record and organize evidence of impact arising from research.
  • Support staff in developing their impact activities through information-sharing and assistance in the planning and delivery of impact-related activities.
