Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving category growth in the wholesale, convenience, e-commerce, and health sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category growth strategies to increase cash flow and manage supplier relationships.
- Provide customers with tailored category management approaches, offering a range of products and promotions to meet their individual needs.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, developing a clear communication channel between our sales team and supported customers.
- Represent DCS Group at meetings, events, and seminars, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload and making effective commercial decisions under pressure.
