About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will work closely with our head chef and other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Work closely with the head chef and other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Develop and train junior chefs to achieve culinary excellence
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
