Job Summary:

Brown & Brown Europe is seeking an experienced Private Clients Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and market buying power to deliver the right insurance protection for private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service designated clients, ensuring their retention and the company's income is maintained or developed.
  • Work closely with other account executives and directors to provide the highest standard of service to customers.
  • Secure and arrange appropriate cover at renewal at a competitive premium, completing all relevant documentation and computer work.
  • Take instructions relating to the provision of insurance cover from clients and account executives when appropriate.
  • Check all documentation for accuracy prior to sending to clients.
  • Obtain quotations for any relevant new policies or renewals.
  • Maintain effective credit control on allocated cases.
  • Be conversant with company procedures and the requirements of the FCA Standards and Rules.

Requirements:

  • Confident in handling quotation enquiries, renewals, and midterm adjustments for various high net worth insurance policies.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
