About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Management Accountant to join our team at PXC, the UK's largest provider of wholesale connectivity. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review month-end results, including balance sheet control and P&L analysis.
  • Lead on product area result production and provide valuable support to finance business partners.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and work with finance managers to design and implement new processes.
  • Support and mentor assistant management accountants through their development and studies.
  • Provide commercial awareness and insights into business performance.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA or CIMA).
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent technical accounting knowledge.
  • Prior experience in a finance position.
