Como Coordinador de Esquema para esta organización, usted será responsable de:
- Proporcionar servicios de gestión de vivienda de alta calidad
- Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente
- Asistir con verificaciones de beneficios sociales, consultas sobre alquiler y pagos, etc.
- Encargarse de la firma de contratos de propiedades vacantes dentro del esquema, asegurando que todas las propiedades desocupadas sean asignadas dentro de los plazos establecidos.
- Contribuir a maximizar la independencia de los inquilinos
- Realizar chequeos de cumplimiento de manera regular, incluyendo salud y seguridad, así como la seguridad del edificio, de acuerdo con los requisitos regulatorios
- Mantener relaciones positivas con nuestros clientes
Para tener éxito, el Coordinador de Esquema ideal deberá contar con:
- Experiencia previa en un rol similar
- Experiencia en la realización de chequeos de seguridad y evaluaciones de riesgos
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente
- Capacidad para interactuar con partes interesadas internas y externas
