Front of House Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join our client's team. As a key member of the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

About the Role:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant person or area.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, and route them to the appropriate person.
  • Manage appointments and maintain meeting schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered when necessary.
  • Support security by maintaining visitor logs and controlling access.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both in person and on the phone.

About You:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Zenoti Booking software is desirable, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
