Role Overview and Purpose

As an Internal Housekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout The Centre. This involves maintaining all areas to the highest standards, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained through a planned and reactive management operations programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down external and internal stainless steel on lift doors, frames, and lift runners, and remove smudges from mirrors.

• Clean restrooms, showers, empty trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, clean shower cubicle partition doors and walls, and sweep and mop tile floors.

• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.

• Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimal service to clients.

• Perform additional duties as required, within reason.

• Comply with monthly training sessions delivered by the supervisor or line manager as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to use initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Approachable and courteous manner.

• Desire to work in an adult services environment.

• Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building.
