Lettings Administrator

RentMyHome is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to manage the end-to-end lettings process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting viewings, property inspections, and ensuring properties are let out promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct viewings and property inspections to showcase properties to potential tenants.
- Market available properties to ensure timely and efficient lettings.
- Manage administrative tasks, including referencing tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, and deposit protection.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market conditions and trends.
- Strong administrative skills to manage properties and tenancies effectively.
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property management software.
