About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance team at Federated Hermes. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day application support to our international business users, ensuring that issues are logged and resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for all Finance systems, including Infor BI, Professional Advantage, and Bank Reconciliation
  • System administration and troubleshooting of Finance applications
  • Extensive business stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Occasional weekend cover for testing post-infrastructure changes
  • Help ensure business users understand Finance application functionality and provide training as required
Requirements
  • Experience within an application support role
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Industry-related business knowledge - Property Management, Property Investment, Property Fund Management
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to establish positive relationships and maintain contact with the user community
