Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the Civil Engineering sector, is currently experiencing significant growth.

In light of recent project acquisitions, they are seeking to enhance their management team with a SHEQ Coordinator to supervise utility and traffic management operations.

Compensation: Up to £68k | Car Allowance | Stakeholder Pension | 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Role Responsibilities:
This is a proactive position where you will be expected to deliver expert advice and support on the management of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental matters.

  • Collaborating with operational personnel to fulfill contract and organizational objectives
  • Offering specialized guidance on risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring the division's safety management system is consistently updated and effective
  • Guaranteeing that managers have access to necessary resources, including relevant documentation and training
  • Assisting in the implementation of Quality and Environmental Management systems
  • Preparing monthly and annual reports regarding contract performance
Qualifications:
You should possess NEBOSH certification.

Experience:
  • Prior experience as a SHEQ Coordinator in the utilities or highways sector
