Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and other professionals.
  • Provide specialist nursing care and education to individuals suffering from complex mental health conditions, promoting recovery and social inclusion.
  • Utilize the Care Programme Approach (CPA) to ensure holistic and coordinated care for service users.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Implement risk assessments and management plans to safeguard the well-being of service users.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of care services through audit and quality assurance initiatives.
