About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Evesham is a reputable and well-established childcare provider, committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team, working closely with our experienced staff to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the individual needs of each child are met, including supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Additional Support Needs (ASN) requirements. You will take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and providing developmentally challenging next steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEN/ASN needs.
  • Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment.

About Our Benefits
