Reactive Repairs Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reactive Repairs Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reactive maintenance services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the scheduling of work to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with company procedures, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager.
  3. Oversee the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets.
  4. Effectively manage material costs and ensure that all team members are following correct processes and procedures.
  5. Monitor the quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction surveys.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
