Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Animal Health to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales budget of Animal Health Accounts, improving the skills of sales teams and technical teams, and providing technical support and commercial guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales budget of Animal Health Accounts in the UK, with a focus on achieving double-digit growth rates.
  • Improve the skills of sales teams and technical teams through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Provide technical support, answering technical questions related to products and biosecurity, and proposing solutions.
  • Offer commercial guidance, including follow-up on pricing, orders, and customer service.
  • Report to the UKIE Global Animal Health Divisional Manager and establish action plans and sales targets based on agreed strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in the territory.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of animal production/farming, with specific knowledge of dairy production or the health or nutritional field.
  • Minimum third-level qualification in Animal/Food Science, Veterinary, Nutrition, or Bioengineering.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial experience, with a willingness to travel 60% of the time in the territory.
  • Ability to work in central England, with flexibility to travel and stay in other areas as required.
