Senior Interior Designer

We are thrilled to partner with a renowned, customer-focused Residential Property Developer. With significant projects underway and more on the horizon across the UK and Europe, we are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to contribute to their mission of transforming spaces through innovative design. Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Group Head of Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing the interior aesthetics of high-end residential properties, as well as shared and amenity spaces. Role Overview

Your responsibilities will include generating comprehensive design documentation that clearly articulates the design vision for various projects. You will also create detailed drawings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) schedules, and 3D renderings as necessary. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Layout is essential for effective presentations to the broader team. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the creative team, participating in design meetings and collaborating with the marketing department to establish and maintain brand standards aligned with the core values of each project.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a creative innovator with a passion for transforming environments into exceptional yet practical spaces. You should be adept at harmonizing creativity with commercial insight, capable of articulating and realizing ideas while ensuring alignment with the brand's identity.

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Organized and creative thinker
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Layout, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong interest in interior design, particularly in student accommodation or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in sourcing and discovering new products
  • Familiarity with the UK and European supplier market is preferred
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required
