A Regional Support Manager is sought to join a dedicated case management and rehabilitation organization that offers Support Services, Case Management, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Medico Legal assistance to individuals across various regions. Our mission is to assist clients in regaining skills lost due to complex, life-altering conditions, enabling them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
In this role, you will oversee team leaders and support personnel within designated areas. Collaborating with fellow coordinators, you will contribute to the smooth daily operations of services and play a crucial role in tailoring client-specific support packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional support by adhering to comprehensive plans that address the needs and preferences of clients and their families.
- Empowering clients to achieve their highest potential both at home and within the community.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new support staff.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures at all times.
- Meeting Care Quality Commission standards for all clients and personnel.
- Demonstrated experience in support services or a comparable care setting.
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or possess equivalent experience (e.g., completion of year 1/level 4 of a recognized health profession degree).
