We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at The Farndon Unit in Newark. As a qualified RMN, you will provide specialist care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illness, personality disorder, and/or mild learning disability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for individuals with complex needs
- Offer mentorship and support to team members
- Record and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
- Annual salary of £36,362
