About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our Physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized musculoskeletal assessments and treatments to patients with complex presentations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working autonomously as a practitioner.
  • Collaborate with the Physiotherapy Manager and Leadership Team to plan, coordinate, and evaluate the Physiotherapy Service.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the growth and development of the Physiotherapy team.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Excellent musculoskeletal skills and a commitment to developing as a practitioner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients and colleagues.
