About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants at Burger King in Rugby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare food and refreshments to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer enquiries
  • Operate tills and process orders accurately
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness

What to Expect

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, serving customers and contributing to the success of our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and progress within the company.

*Retention bonus payable subject to completion of "Burger King Foundations" Training, payment made in two 6 monthly instalments and pro-rata based on start date on contract.
