Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for advancement, a fully expensed vehicle, fuel card, mobile device, laptop, overtime, and potential bonuses.
About the Role:

Company Culture:
We are proud to represent a customer-focused organization that fosters a flexible and welcoming atmosphere. As a qualified Pest Management Technician, you will have the autonomy to manage your work while enhancing your earning potential through a generous bonus structure and regular overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Pest Management Technician, your duties will include:
1. Traveling to various client locations, including both commercial and residential properties, with a focus on sectors such as healthcare and education, requiring interaction with vulnerable individuals.
2. Conducting comprehensive assessments of properties to detect pest issues or potential threats, identifying the types of pests involved and the severity of the situation.
3. Utilizing your expertise to apply humane pest control techniques in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
4. Keeping meticulous digital records of all activities, including the types and quantities of pesticides used, treatment strategies, and follow-up recommendations.
5. Delivering outstanding customer service consistently, acting as a representative of the company and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
6. Ensuring all pest control equipment is well-maintained through regular cleaning and safe handling and storage of chemicals.
7. Providing support and advice to clients over the phone during quieter periods from the office.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this Pest Management position, candidates should:
1. Hold a BCPA/RSPH qualification in Pest Management at Level 2 or equivalent.
2. Have relevant experience as a Pest Management Technician.
3. Possess a current DBS check or be eligible to apply for one.
4. Be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
5. Ideally reside in North Kent, London, or Essex, with a willingness to travel frequently, including occasional overnight stays.
6. Hold a valid UK driving license with minimal points.
Team Environment:
The current Pest Management team consists of three technicians, each with tenure ranging from four to sixteen years, showcasing the positive work environment.
Benefits:
In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience, along with additional bonuses for new business development, regular overtime, and opportunities for further funded training once established. A fully expensed vehicle and all necessary tools and expenses will be provided to ensure you can perform your role safely and effectively.
