Human Resources Coordinator

VANRATH are partnering with our client located in Derry, with the appointment of a HR Co-Ordinator. This role will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day HR operations, providing advice and expertise to a large site, communicating with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage absence and recruitment support
- Assist payroll with queries
- Confidentially maintain personnel records
- Ensure data accuracy in HR metrics
- Manage employee contracts and documentation
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment management
- Report on health, safety, and diversity
- Manage Time and Attendance system
- Coordinate onboarding new employees
- Manage temporary staff recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with:
- 2 years' experience in a HR Administrator role
- CIPD qualification
- 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably recruiting for a variety of roles
- Experience of record maintenance with knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
