Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change and Configuration Lead to join our team at Gilbride Management Group (GMG). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading change activities associated with key transformational programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Frameworks

Design, implement, and operate a structured framework and methodology for the delivery of change throughout the organization, focusing on the delivery of key programs of work.

Build Change Capability

Assess, understand, and develop the change capability across the organization to deliver future programs of work by developing a skilled team of change agents across a cross-functional network of people.

Provide Strategic Input

Provide input as a key member of the leadership team to determine and prioritize the scope and timing of program delivery, as an enabler for the successful implementation and adoption of change.

Develop Change Management Strategy

Set the direction of a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns project deliverables to goals and objectives to deliver effective change for the Making Business Easy program of work. This strategy should outline the approach, methodologies, and activities to be undertaken during the change process.

Identify Change Resources

Identify the change, training, and communication resources needed to support the agreed scope of the program, to ensure effective delivery of the structured change framework.

Monitor Change Performance

Provide insight to business leaders as to the effects of change strategy and performance to the wider business performance. Ongoing review of change performance.

Requirements
  • Proven Track Record

Proven track record of managing widespread change across a variety of customers.

Change Management Expertise

Experience and knowledge of change management process and methodologies.

Project Management Skills

A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Ability and experience of managing projects.

Stakeholder Management

Proactive, organized, and able to work flexibly in order to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results. Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Technical Skills

Intermediate Microsoft applications. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
