Job Title: SEND & Inclusion Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEND & Inclusion Supervisor to join our team at City of Wolverhampton College. The successful candidate will provide support for adult students and apprentices with additional needs, meeting the Adult Education Budget guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide line management to Specialist/Student Support Workers
  • Work alongside tutors, Specialist/Support Workers, and Assessors to provide effective support for all students and Apprentices with an EHCP
  • Collaborate with other managers to provide an audit trail of support to meet Adult Education Budget requirements
  • Liaise with key members of the team to inform the development of planning to support students in educational and pastoral activities
