Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and disciplined IT Training Specialist with substantial Product Data Management (PDM) experience, particularly with Teamcenter.

The successful candidate will possess not only expertise in Teamcenter but also administrative management skills.

This role demands an individual who excels in delivering training programs and organizing instructional schedules for a significant number of new users.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and structure a detailed training schedule for new users.
2. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to ensure effective user engagement.
3. Oversee and manage the Teamcenter PDM system, ensuring peak performance and user satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with various teams to identify training requirements and tailor training programs accordingly.
5. Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, participant feedback, and enhancements.

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in IT with extensive knowledge and experience in PDM systems, especially Teamcenter.
2. Experience in administering and managing PDM systems.
3. Proven track record in delivering training programs, ideally in IT or PDM-related sectors.
4. Highly self-reliant, motivated, and organized with exceptional planning skills.
5. Strong project management and logistical experience; a military background is advantageous.
