Are you a logistics professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for transportation and administration? We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Transport Administrator.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for processing orders, liaising with drivers and other departments, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for updating various in-house systems and processing delivery paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders generated from the TMS
  • Liaise with other departments, including drivers, to ensure a smooth-running operation
  • Speak to customers directly regarding deliveries and collections
  • Update various in-house systems
  • Regular contact with subcontractors
  • Process delivery paperwork
  • Update customers on ETA's
  • Assist staff at Director level with administration duties
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with recent experience working in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well alone and within a team. You should be well-organized, committed, and have a proactive approach to work.
