ASB Officer

Job Summary: Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled ASB Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for tackling low and high risk ASB cases, providing ASB prevention and enforcement, and investigating complaints of ASB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle high risk ASB cases that are going to court, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve disputes.
• Provide ASB prevention and enforcement, working closely with local authorities and community groups to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Investigate complaints of ASB, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to determine the root cause of the issue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ASB prevention and enforcement, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
