About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at CH&Co Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer feedback is acted upon.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
