We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to lead our team of electricians in Lincoln, overseeing Longhurst and Home Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of electrical installation and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities.
  • Identify risks and protect Morgan Sindall's reputation by managing team performance, undertaking quality assurance, and driving a culture of right first time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years' experience working as an Electrician after completing training, ideally within the social housing industry.
  • Good communication skills, able to confidently communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated competence in Inspection and Testing, with qualifications such as the Level 3 Certificate in the Certification of Electrical Installations or the City & Guilds 2394 and 2395 Awards.
  • A valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
