Electrical Supervisor

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to oversee our operations in Lincoln, covering Longhurst and Home Group.
About the Role
As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians, addressing queries related to electrical installation and testing.
Ensuring your team is clear on their roles and responsibilities, you will assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities. Identifying risks and protecting Morgan Sindall's reputation, you will manage team performance, undertake quality assurance, and drive a culture of right first time.
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working as an Electrician after completing training, preferably in the social housing industry. You will possess good communication skills, able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated competence in Inspection and Testing and obtained either:
- Level 3 Certificate in the Certification of Electrical Installations (inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations) or
- Both the City & Guilds 2394 Level 3 Award in the Initial Verification & Certification of Electrical Installations and the City & Guilds 2395 Level 3 Award in the Periodic, Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations.
