The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As the Chef Manager, you will have full operational and financial responsibility for our school catering facility. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team
  • Managing stock, food, and labor costs to achieve financial targets
  • Ensuring consistency of food and service standards
  • Driving sales through promotions and added value events
  • Overseeing menu development and implementation
  • Maintaining company systems and procedures, and legislation
About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools. The ideal candidate will have:

  • OND or HND qualification (desirable)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
  • Line management experience
  • Experience within a similar environment
