About the Role:As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for empowering this young lady's independence and ensuring she lives life to the full in the ways she wants to. This will involve supporting her with daily activities, such as:
- Visiting local attractions and going on rides
- Taking walks to explore the local area and beyond
- Using a national trust pass to visit beautiful locations
- Picnics and socializing with friends at local groups
- Hydrotherapy sessions and rebounding therapy
- Chill time with sensory stories or pamper sessions at home
- Music and percussion activities
This young lady communicates using an iPad and is happy to meet part-time Female Support Workers who are willing to support her at the weekend. It is essential that you hold a full UK/EU driving license, as the lady's car is integral to her support.
Requirements:- Full UK/EU driving license
- Ability to work alternate weekends
- Non-smoker
- Experience with or willingness to drive an automatic car
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.77
- 30 days annual leave pro rata
- Option to buy and sell leave
- Referral bonus of £200
