Job Title: Cost Controller

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team. As a Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Work with the project delivery team to establish a robust performance measurement baseline and support the change control process.
  • Assist in the development of project cost breakdown structures and align time phasing of budgets against work breakdown structures.
  • Produce accruals to ensure accurate reflection of actual costs in a timely manner.
  • Develop and generate cost reports on a regular basis, including earned value analysis.
  • Support the development of change requests and integrate approved changes into the project baseline.
  • Update project forecasts to ensure comprehensive and aligned estimate to complete.
  • Maintain and manage cost reports and provide regular updates on cost position.
Requirements:
  • Experience in cost control in a project environment is desirable.
  • Awareness of earned value management fundamental concepts is desirable.
  • Understanding of how other aspects of project controls interact with cost control is desirable.
